Credit card payments are not processed automatically; they will only be processed when the goods are ready to be dispatched. Sending details via this website is an "offer to buy", all details are verified and vetted as correct before we accept them as an "order". An email confirmation of the "offer to buy" will be sent. This is not a receipt of payment. A contract will be deemed to exist when we accept the order and take payment.
Additional information may be requested. If not provided within ten days this will result in the order being deleted from our system. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any goods without explanation.

Technology products by their very nature move forward, go obsolete and availability for some of the older products can be difficult. We offer a complete source for printer consumables but items that prove consistently impossible to source will be reluctantly removed. Goods sold subject to availability. E&OE. Every effort is made to ensure that prices and descriptions are up to date and correct. Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations and other reasons. Any changes will be notified by email/telephone.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the payment is processed without problem.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that what is ordered is the correct item and that it will work in the device for the intended use.
If the device is somewhat unusual, we cannot accept responsibility if it does not work due to anything other than it being defective. If you are in any doubt, ask via email where we will either confirm usage or decline to supply for your purpose. As there are many devices and versions/hardware it is impossible to be 100% certain of compatibility. At no time do we indicate that any product is 100% suitable for all devices.
It is not within our remit nor will we do third party support.
Delivery days means normal working days i.e. Monday to Friday, excludes Bank Holidays, Jewish Holidays, and Christmas Eve to New Years Eve.
Delivery is by First Class Recorded delivery and by Business Post.
We reserve the right to change delivery method as required.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail/Courier Service.
Delivery charges for returns are not refundable.
For orders outside of the UK, please contact our sales team to obtain shipping charges. This value will then be added to your order once it has been placed.
All goods are guaranteed for six months (unless otherwise stated) from date of purchase for defects in manufacture/materials. Guarantees beyond six months may be direct with the manufacturer. We will replace goods if required as agreed with the purchaser, but reserve the right to charge a handling fee in line with the current legislation.
Please remember when you sign for the goods to check that the packaging is intact/unopened. If you have any doubts please call for advice before signing.
Product returns due to defective manufacture must be authorized by us. Email to sales@retone.co.uk for a returns number.
Remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Goods returned damaged or part used will not be accepted. Return carriage is payable by the customer. The goods must be insured and must be in the original packaging.
Any refunds due, will be completed within seven days of the receipt of the goods back to ourselves.
